ZSH config overhaul

- .zshrc: Use zinit package manager
- .zshrc: Reorg - remove comments, ZSH, zinit, configs batched together
- .zshrc: Better completions
- .zshrc: More plugins: colored-man-pages, command-not-found, kitty,
  podman, rust, timer, fd, systemd
- .profile: Autoload brew applications on MacOs
- p10k: Transient prompt + dotted lines
